We offer sound healing, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, Sacred Strategy sessions, vibrational wellness practices, educational experiences, private sessions, group experiences, and related services intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being.
 

Please review the following Terms of Use and Wellness Disclaimer carefully. These Terms apply to the use of SacredFrequencies.org and to participation in Sacred Frequencies in-person, virtual, private, group, educational, and event-based offerings.
 

By using this website, booking a session, or participating in a Sacred Frequencies offering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

1. Wellness Services Are Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
 

Sacred Frequencies provides complementary wellness and educational services.
 

Sound healing, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, energy work, vibrational practices, coaching-style conversations, and related services are not medical or psychological treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, mental health condition, or other medical condition.

Nothing presented during a session, event, class, consultation, or on SacredFrequencies.org should be interpreted as:

• Medical advice
• Mental health counseling or psychotherapy
• Diagnosis or treatment of a health condition
• A substitute for care from a physician, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional
• A recommendation to discontinue medication or professional treatment

Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding questions or concerns about your physical or mental health.

2. Individual Experiences and Results Vary
 

Every person experiences wellness practices differently.
 

During or following a Sacred Frequencies session, participants may experience relaxation, emotional responses, increased awareness, physical sensations, subtle energetic experiences, or no noticeable response at all.
 

These experiences are subjective and vary considerably from person to person.
 

Sacred Frequencies does not promise or guarantee any particular physical, emotional, spiritual, therapeutic, financial, or personal outcome.
 

Testimonials, participant experiences, and descriptions appearing on this website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another participant will experience similar results.

3. Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility
 

Participation in Sacred Frequencies services is voluntary.
 

By choosing to participate, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Participate only to the extent that feels appropriate and comfortable for you
• Inform the facilitator if you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, emotional overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, or other concerns
• Stop or modify your participation whenever you feel it is appropriate
• Seek professional medical or mental health assistance when needed

You are encouraged to ask questions before or during a session if you are uncertain about any aspect of the experience.

4. Sound, Sensory, and Medical Considerations
 

Sacred Frequencies sessions may incorporate instruments and practices that produce sound, vibration, movement, sensory stimulation, or periods of deep relaxation.
 

These may include:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Tibetan or metal singing bowls
• Gongs
• Chimes
• Drums
• Tuning forks
• Voice and vocal toning
• Recorded music or sound
• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Reiki and energy-based practices
• Other vibrational or relaxation techniques

Please inform your facilitator before participating if you have a medical condition, sensory sensitivity, recent medical procedure, pregnancy, implanted medical device, hearing concern, history of seizures, or any other circumstance that you believe may affect your comfort or ability to participate.

When appropriate, the facilitator may suggest modifications to improve your comfort. Sacred Frequencies does not determine whether participation is medically appropriate for you.

When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before participating.

5. Pregnancy, Recent Surgery, and Health Conditions
 

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, undergoing medical treatment, managing a chronic medical condition, or experiencing significant physical or psychological symptoms, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
 

Certain positions, sounds, vibrations, breathing practices, or other activities may require modification depending upon your individual circumstances.

It is your responsibility to determine, in consultation with your healthcare provider when appropriate, whether participation is suitable for you.

6. Emotional Responses
 

Relaxation, meditation, sound, breathwork, Reiki, and reflective practices may occasionally bring emotions, memories, or unexpected feelings into awareness.
 

Sacred Frequencies does not provide psychotherapy, trauma treatment, crisis counseling, or psychiatric care unless expressly stated otherwise and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
 

You may stop or modify your participation at any time.
 

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, a mental health crisis, or symptoms requiring professional treatment, please contact a qualified mental health professional.

7. Respect, Privacy, and Participant Conduct

Sacred Frequencies strives to provide a respectful, supportive environment for participants.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat facilitators and other participants respectfully
• Respect the privacy and personal experiences of other participants
• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
• Follow reasonable instructions intended to protect participant comfort and safety

Information voluntarily shared by participants will be treated respectfully. However, Sacred Frequencies does not represent that group events, public events, workshops, or communications conducted through third-party platforms are legally privileged or absolutely confidential.

Sacred Frequencies reserves the right to end a participant's involvement in a session or event if their behavior materially interferes with the experience, comfort, or safety of others.

8. Photography, Video, and Recording
 

Participants may not photograph, video record, audio record, livestream, or otherwise capture private sessions or other participants without permission.
 

Sacred Frequencies will not intentionally use an identifiable participant's photograph, video, testimonial, or personal story for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
 

At public events where photography or recording may occur, participants will be informed when reasonably practicable.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings at an event, please notify the facilitator or event organizer.

9. Virtual Sessions
 

Participants in virtual sessions are responsible for choosing an appropriate environment in which to participate.

For virtual sessions, you agree to:

• Participate from a reasonably safe and comfortable location
• Avoid participating while driving or operating machinery
• Use appropriate audio equipment and volume levels
• Stop the session if you become physically or emotionally uncomfortable
• Seek appropriate professional assistance when necessary

Technology, internet connections, video conferencing platforms, and third-party services may occasionally experience interruptions or technical problems. Sacred Frequencies cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to virtual services.

10. Minors
 

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
 

Sacred Frequencies may require a parent or guardian to complete or approve booking, consent, or participation documentation before services are provided to a minor.
 

Some offerings may not be appropriate for minors or may require a parent or guardian to remain present.

11. Booking, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
 

Specific booking, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending upon the service, event, or program.
 

Any payment, cancellation, deposit, refund, or rescheduling terms presented during the booking or checkout process become part of these Terms.
 

A reservation may not be considered confirmed until any required booking process and payment or deposit have been completed.
 

Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund terms before completing a purchase.

12. Assumption of Ordinary Risks
 

Participation in wellness activities may involve ordinary risks associated with movement, sound, vibration, sensory stimulation, relaxation practices, emotional responses, travel to and from an event, and participation in group or private experiences.
 

By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks reasonably associated with the activity.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sacred Frequencies and its facilitators, practitioners, representatives, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or adverse experiences arising from risks voluntarily assumed by a participant, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
 

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Personal Property
 

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending Sacred Frequencies sessions, classes, workshops, or events.
 

Sacred Frequencies is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

14. Not for Emergency or Crisis Use
 

Sacred Frequencies services are not designed to provide emergency medical care, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
 

If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis or are concerned that you may harm yourself or another person, contact 911, 988 in the United States, or an appropriate local emergency or crisis service.

15. Website Information
 

Information provided through SacredFrequencies.org, emails, articles, videos, social media, downloadable materials, classes, and other educational resources is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
 

While Sacred Frequencies makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be:

• Complete
• Current
• Error-free
• Appropriate for every individual
• Applicable to every situation

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

By using SacredFrequencies.org, booking a Sacred Frequencies service, or voluntarily participating in a session, class, workshop, program, or event, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Use and Wellness Disclaimer.
