Please review the following Terms of Use and Disclaimer, which apply to all in-person, virtual, group, and private sessions offered through SacredFrequencies.org.

1. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care

All services offered by Sacred Frequencies—including sound baths, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, emotional mastery sessions, and related wellness practices—are not medical treatments and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or psychological conditions.

Nothing shared during a session or on this website should be considered:

• Medical advice

• Psychological counseling

• A substitute for professional healthcare

If you have questions about your health or mental well-being, please consult a licensed physician, therapist, or qualified healthcare provider.

2. Individual Experiences Vary

Sound healing, energy work, and meditation affect each individual differently. Experiences may include deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic shifts, or subtle sensations. These responses are subjective and may not occur in the same way for every person.

Sacred Frequencies does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

3. Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation

By participating in any Sacred Frequencies offerings, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily.

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

• You will listen to your body and communicate any discomfort, dizziness, emotional overwhelm, or concerns at any time during the session.

If you choose to participate, you do so entirely at your own risk.

4. Sound Sensitivity & Physical Conditions

Sound healing may involve instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, tuning forks, and voice frequencies. These can vary in volume, vibration, and intensity.

Please inform your facilitator before the session if you:

• Are highly sensitive to sound

• Have auditory conditions

• Have a history of seizures triggered by sound or vibration

• Wear hearing devices

• Have heart conditions, metal implants, or other health concerns

Your facilitator may modify or adapt the experience for your comfort and safety.

5. Pregnancy & Medical Considerations

If you are pregnant, have a chronic medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery or treatment, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating.  Some practices may require modifications or may not be appropriate depending on your stage of pregnancy or medical history.

6. Confidentiality & Respect for Participants

Sacred Frequencies provides a safe, supportive, confidential environment for all attendees.
To honor each person’s healing journey, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all participant experiences

• Not record, photograph, or share details from sessions without permission

• Treat all participants with respect

Your privacy is deeply valued.

7. Liability Release

By participating in any Sacred Frequencies service, event, or session, you agree to release and hold harmless:

• Cali Rossen

• All facilitators, practitioners, employees, and affiliates

from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to:

• Physical injury

• Emotional distress

• Loss, damage, or any adverse experiences connected to your participation

You assume full responsibility for your own well-being throughout each session.

8. Not for Emergency Use

Sacred Frequencies services are not designed for crisis intervention or emergency care.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services immediately.
