I have walked through loss, grief, trauma, abandonment, and heartbreak, and through that journey learned how to transform pain into purpose. Rather than allowing those chapters to define me, I let them open me, deepen me, and guide me toward the work I now feel honored to offer.

Today, I help others gently release what weighs on the heart, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the truth of who they are. My work is integrative, trauma-aware, and rooted in the understanding that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating the conditions for wholeness, remembrance, and return.

I am trained in multiple restorative modalities, including Reiki, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Sound Meditation, Yoga, and CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, including Stillpoint 10-Step sessions. I continue expanding my offerings through ongoing study, including CranioSacral Therapy 2, so that the spaces I hold remain both grounded and evolving.

Since January 2026, I have been welcoming private clients into Sacred Studios, a completed healing space created for one-on-one sessions, intimate group experiences, and community gatherings. It is a sanctuary for deep exhale, inner listening, and embodied healing.

I am also an award-winning actress and filmmaker, and I believe deeply in the power of storytelling as a sacred vessel for healing, connection, and transformation. Both healing and creativity invite us back into presence, truth, and the deeper wisdom within.

Recently completed training through the Upledger Institute International in CranioSacral Therapy and assessment of the Central Nervous System and fascial system, expanding my ability to evaluate and support whole-body treatment protocols that address the interconnected structures of the brain, spinal cord, and fascia.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, noninvasive bodywork approach that helps calm the nervous system and release deep tension patterns held within the body. Using subtle touch, practitioners work with the tissues surrounding the brain, spine, and fascia to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, repair, and restore balance.

I recently earned my RYT-200 certification from Ashram Om in Mallorca, Spain (Oct. 2025), expanding my offerings to include somatic movement, breath-guided awareness, and embodied healing through yoga.

Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) with YOGA ALLIANCE®, upholding nationally recognized standards in safe, ethical, and inclusive instruction. My membership with YOGA ALLIANCE reflects an ongoing commitment to continuing education and responsible, student-centered teaching.

My Master Level Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki certification, earned under the guidance of Master Lama Tenzin Sherpa at Decatur Healing Arts in Atlanta, GA. This distinguished achievement signifies my advanced training and dedication to the traditional Reiki healing practice, enabling me to offer the highest level of energy healing support.

An alumna & certified Sound Healer of The Sound Healer's Academy (TSHA), an unrivaled choice for aspiring leaders in the wellness space.

The Complementary Medical Association (CMA) promotes and supports complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), ensuring high practice standards through accreditation and offering resources, information, and support for research and education. "The pain and shame buried my voice and for years, I struggled to fully embrace my gifts..."

When I was about four years old, I poured my heart into a special concert for my mother, hoping to bring a moment of joy to her hardworking spirit. That heartfelt performance sparked a dream within me—to become a professional singer and share my light with the world. Music became my sanctuary, a place of joy, expression, and connection. But that joy was abruptly stolen when a traumatic experience in my youth silenced my voice.

At the age of eight, I experienced childhood sexual trauma— abuse that left deep emotional scars and a lingering confusion around boundaries, self-worth, and trust. The pain and shame buried my voice, and for years, I struggled to fully embrace my gifts. But through decades of deep inner work, therapy, spiritual practice, and soul-level healing, I’ve learned how to transmute that pain into purpose.

Then in 2022, after walking a long path of healing, I met Con Fullam—an extraordinary friend and producer whose belief in me reignited my voice. As the founder of the Pihcintu Multi-National Girls Chorus, Con has helped hundreds of girls from all over the world find their voices. With his loving support, I finally reclaimed mine.

Now, as a recording artist and sound healer, I channel the transformative power of sacred frequencies to help others release emotional blocks and awaken the infinite potential within. Sound is more than vibration—it’s medicine. It’s a bridge to the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten, hidden, or silenced.

In June and December of 2019, both of my parents transitioned to the Heavenly realms, and by the end of that same year, my husband and I relocated from Los Angeles to Maine to care for his mother. Then, just a few months later, the world shifted—plunging us all into uncertainty as the pandemic took hold. Grief ran even deeper, but in the stillness, I found solace in the sacred sounds of virtual sound baths and the gentle melodies of playing my guitar.

A calling stirred within me—an undeniable pull toward the transcendent power of sound healing. Crystal bowls became my vessel, their sacred frequencies lifting me beyond sorrow and into a space of profound transformation.

Now, as a certified sound healer through The Sound Healers Academy, I am devoted to sharing this resonance with the world—anchored in reality, yet ever reaching for the stars.

My very first sound bath experience was at Mt. Shasta, California on Oct. 10, 2010. For years after that first experience, I continued to attend sound baths in Los Angeles. Mt. Shasta is the root chakra of our planet, and the image above indicates the chakra locations around our world.

From my earliest memories I've drawn, in fact, remembering my first day of kindergarten, I sat and colored while my Mom spoke with the teacher. It's a calming act. . . one I wish I delved more into. These images of my work always bring a smile to my face.

My first book became an Amazon Bestseller, RockFashionArt - Inspiration For Artists by Famous People. Then a few months into the pandemic, I started INSPIRATION FOR YOUR SOUL Podcast, and now I'm in Season 4. As the Host of this podcast, I was Nominated for the Voice Arts® Award for Outstanding Promo Campaign - TV or Web - Best Voiceover. Among the nominees in this category were promos for Billie Eilish, Disney+, and Drew Barrymore Show Campaigns. Season 3 launched with guest Actress Shohreh Aghdashloo, Oscar-nominated, Primetime Emmy, and multi-award-winning actress, author, and activist, who shares her truths about her rise to fame.
It's been extraordinary speaking to so many guests about what inspires them, a time they got derailed and the lessons they learned that got them back on track. Notable guests featured: Oscar, Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe winners, Woman of the Year honored by Congresswoman Judy Chu, Bestselling Authors, TedX Speakers, Naturopaths, Healers, and more.

The weekend in New York City for the Voice Arts Awards was incredibly exciting! It was during the Christmas holiday, so the entire town was lit up even more. Meeting my fellow nominees and our gracious Hosts was truly spectacular! The weekend was full of magical sights and tastes - our next adventure awaits!

Over a number of years, Cali Rossen did the following for me, in spectacular fashion, often saving the day: Star Trek New Voyages 'World Enough & Time' starring George Takei: Cali flew to New York, worked long hours for 10 days. Created the wigs and hair for the lead actors from designs made from Star Wars designer Ian McCaig, did make up and hair for other cast and helped make space suits and collars for costumes. She then assisted in building starship sets in Los Angeles. And also acted in the piece, which was nominated for the Hugo and Nebula, the top two awards in science fiction.
